Compliance

The state does not fine you for not caring.
It fines you for not knowing.

You run more than one business. An admin fills out the HR forms, and the letters from the state keep coming.

HR is the department nobody budgets for until it bills them. It is the first thing we fix, and the first place you see what the technology can do.

Three doors

Every letter came through one of three doors.

Onboarding, pay, or exits. Nobody in the building was taught the rule. The fix is not firing the admin. It is a checklist a person walks with you, then the technology that keeps it walked.

01

Onboarding

The new-hire paperwork, and the classification nobody checked. Set by whoever was free that day. The letter comes a year later.

02

Pay

Exempt or non-exempt. Time and wage. Overtime. The rules changed outside the business while the business was being run.

03

Exits

A termination done the way it felt that day, not the way the state reads it. Final pay, paperwork, timing. The door most owners find out about last.

Send us the last letter. We will tell you which door it came through →

How we fix it

A demo can show you what an agent does. It cannot tell you which of your people is misclassified.

That takes someone who has read the letter before. We sit with you, walk the checklist door by door, and build the fix into how the business already runs. Then you are trained to run it.

  1. 1

You tell us what is going on.

Across every business. The letter, the admin, the thing you want off your desk. A person listens before anyone says what they would do.

  2. 2

We walk the compliance checklist together.

Door by door: onboarding, classification, pay, exits. You see which door the letter came through and what closes it.

  3. 3

You name the task. We show it done.

The classification check, the pay rules, the exit paperwork, run by the technology and reviewed by a person, on your business, before you buy anything.

  4. 4

You get the plan in writing.

A people plan and the first step of the AI plan, with a timetable and the cost. Then we act on it, and you are trained to run it.

Who is doing this

A people technology company.

Larry Goode, our CEO and founder, spent 15 years in HR, in the room when the decisions got made. Behind him, an international development team and the AI staff we ran our own business on before we offered it to yours.

You are not asked to become technical. You are asked what you already know.
